What information should I send with an enquiry?
Site location, approximate area or corridor length, the scope you have in mind, any drawings or tender documents, water availability on site, and the maintenance budget you expect to fund. That is enough for a serious first response.
How quickly do you respond?
Within one working day for enquiries with site details attached. Tender-linked enquiries with a deadline should say so in the subject line.
Do you quote for supply only?
We do supply palms and plant material, but we will always say when we think supply-only is the wrong structure for the project — usually because planting method and establishment care determine whether the material survives.
Do you work outside your current states?
Yes, for packages of reasonable size. The practical constraints are nursery supply and water logistics rather than distance, and we will be direct if we cannot serve a location well.
