Dispersed sites, single programme
Dozens of separate locations across a city, each needing its own material, crew and water logistics within one delivery schedule.

City beautification · Completed
A city-scale beautification programme covering major roads and public parks, followed by an annual maintenance contract for the installed greenery.
City-scale beautification is a logistics problem before it is a horticultural one. Work is spread across dozens of locations with different soils, different water access and different public usage patterns, and every site is live public realm during execution.
GNIX delivered landscaping and plantation across major roads and parks throughout Prayagraj under the Prayagraj Development Authority, and subsequently held the annual maintenance contract for the installed greenery — the phase where city beautification programmes usually deteriorate.

Constraints
Dozens of separate locations across a city, each needing its own material, crew and water logistics within one delivery schedule.
Roads and parks in constant public use, requiring safe working, rapid site restoration and protection of new planting.
City beautification typically looks excellent for one season. Without a funded maintenance regime, plantings are lost to grazing, footfall, drought and neglect.
Approach
Outcome
Palette
avenue trees
Cassia fistula
The classic Indian flowering avenue tree — cascading golden racemes through the hottest weeks of the year, on a medium tree with well-behaved roots.
avenue trees
Polyalthia longifolia var. pendula
The narrow evergreen column used everywhere space is tight — boundary screens, narrow medians and tight avenues where a spreading canopy is impossible.
hedges and screens
Duranta erecta "Golden Edge"
The bright chartreuse hedge that gives Indian landscapes their colour block — fast, cheap, endlessly clippable and visible from a distance without any flowers at all.
flowering shrubs
Nerium oleander
The standard Indian median shrub: continuous flowering, near-total drought tolerance, immunity to vehicle pollution — and toxic in every part, which decides where it can go.
lawns and groundcovers
Cynodon dactylon "Selection No. 1"
India’s standard hard-wearing lawn grass: fast to establish, cheap to lay, recovers from footfall, and the only sensible choice where people actually walk on the lawn.
Capability

Service detailAnnual contract
Annual maintenance contracts that keep planted assets looking deliberate — with a written calendar, defined KPIs and reporting instead of an unscheduled crew.
